How can I establish a Hybrid Company in St. Vincent and the Grenadines?

1. As a Hybrid Company may not be suitable for everyone, we strongly recommend that you take appropriate legal advice in your own country to determine if such a structure is right for you: LATC cannot provide such advice.

2. The registration procedures are very similar to establishing an IBC and please submit to Loyal Agency and Trust the following documentation for your Hybrid Company registration:

  • A recent original or verified copy of a Bank Reference letter for each Beneficial Owner, Shareholder, Director. Alternatively 3 months recent bank statements can be provided
  • Notarized copy of passport or other acceptable ID (page with photo and signature) for each Beneficial Owner, Shareholder, Director
  • Notarized Copy or original of a utility bill as a proof of address for each Beneficial Owner, Shareholder, Director
  • One completed and signed copy of the Stakeholders details form from each Beneficial Owner
  • One completed and signed copy of the Consent letter from each Director
  • One completed and signed copy of the IBC questionnaire form
  • Signed Business Plan (Business plan)

3. When all documents are prepared, we recommend you to send them to us by e-mail first, so that we can review them and let you know if anything is missing or incomplete. We can also check the availability of the selected Hybrid Company name(s) and an invoice will be issued for the name approved by the official Registrar. You will receive the invoice by e-mail.)

4. Once your application is complete, and we have confirmed to you that everything is correct and due diligence are verified, please courier the full documentation to the following address (FedEx is preferable):

Loyal Agency and Trust Corp.
Cedar Hill Crest
Villa, Kingstown,
St. Vincent and the Grenadines
West Indies
Tel.: + (1 784) 485 6705

5. Once your application is received and your payment received, we will start registering your Hybrid Company. This may take one week.
