Delivery / Fulfilment Timeframe

As always we strive to ensure that our services and products are delivered in a timely manner, with the least possible disruptions, via the best delivery means available and at competitive prices.

Our ability to schedule delivery is usually dependent on third parties and may be subject to conditions outside of our control. Our ability to deliver is also dependent on you, as our customer, and you should ensure all required documents and forms are correctly and fully completed and signed, due diligence is up to the standard and accuracy required by LATC and it should forwarded to us within 28 days after initial interest is expressed.

In all cases, we try to ensure that delivery of final product or service takes 3 – 8 business days, barring unforeseen circumstances.

Our Privacy Policy

We understand the importance of protecting your privacy and that you may be concerned about how information you provide us about yourself and your company is utilised and shared. We rely on you to communicate your needs and provide us with the required documentation and pertinent information. We in turn value your business and the trust that you place in us, our Privacy Policy sets out how we protect your interests while you do business with us.

We are committed to protecting your information within the scope of the guiding laws and regulations governing our jurisdiction, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. These laws are based on the precedents and precepts of English Common Law.

Sharing the information you give us:

LATC will only share specific corporate information or other personal information you give us if one of the following cases apply:

  1. Compulsion of the law of St. Vincent and the Grenadines: (a) Prevention of a crime, (b) Regulatory, (c) Evidence in legal proceedings
  2. Duty to the public to disclose
  3. In the Interest of our Company 
  4. Your expressed permission, authorization or consent.

We do not sell any information we collect with regards to our customers at any time:

Any information that we do share is only shared with entities that are subsidiaries of LATC or with entities that we have contractual obligations with to provide you with certain products and services that you have requested. Any such entity must agree to comply with this Privacy Policy in advance of receiving any information about you or your product and service preferences.

From time to time, information collected may be shared with the following types of entities (within the parameters outlined herein):

  • Agents: From time to time, we do employ other individuals or companies to perform certain functions. In such instances, it may be necessary to provide such an entity with information about you in order to further the fulfilment of our own agreement to provide you with the products or services you have requested us to provide to you.
  • Affiliated Businesses: In some instances, we do provide products and/or services through affiliated businesses since, for legal reasons, we are not permitted to provide them ourselves. In these case it may be necessary to provide an affiliated business with some information about you in order to further the fulfilment of our own agreement with you.

Other protections of your privacy:

  • We will secure the confidentiality of your information by offering you the protection of this policy even in the event that you cease to be our customer.
  • We will collect only the relevant information on our clients as required by law, or by international best practice, which is necessary to conduct our business with you.
  • We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information; in addition we have adopted and implemented safety and security practices to ensure that your information remains confidential.

Payment terms and Refund Policy

All orders that are placed through this Website are deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the products or services that we supply and are subject to the Terms and are Conditions of LATC. They are subject to acceptance of the order by ourselves. We may chose not to accept any order without providing a reason.

We are committed to providing a timely service and in turn we request you pay interim and/or final invoices by return.  In respect of any invoices remaining unpaid for 28 days from the date of the invoice, we reserve the right to decline to act further. 

You are presented with a range of choices during the ordering process. It is your responsibility to ensure that you read and understand these choices before you proceed with any purchase. Please contact us during office hours 8am – 4pm Atlantic Standard Time if you are unsure about anything before you proceed with a purchase. It remains your responsibility to take advice, legal and otherwise, about the product you intend to order before the order is placed. We assume that you have done so once you proceed with a purchase from us. 

We reserve the right periodically to update the prices on the Website and to add to, amend, or withdraw the products and services that we offer, without prior notice. Every effort is made however, to ensure that the prices are correctly displayed on our website at all times. We shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing or amending any of the products we sell, or for refusing or failing to process an order. Any reduction in fees will only apply to orders placed on or after the date of reduction and will NOT apply to previous orders.

Should you procure our services and change your mind before submission to the appropriate Registry / official Government body / Bank, we will refund all monies paid to us except for an administration fee of up to USD 200, dependent on efforts undertaken prior to cancellation The charge covers our merchant charges (both on the purchase and the refund) and other incidental expenses. The refund will be issued in the currency that the payment was initiated in and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order, less any conversion fees. Refunds for company incorporations cannot be given once the company has been submitted to the appropriate Registry.

Please be advised that our Global Business Package (GBP) - Corporate Entity + Bank Account with an affiliate bank, fee does not guarantee a successful opening of the bank account. The final decision lies with the bank itself as the bank has its own Terms and Conditions, Identification requirements and opening criteria. It is entirely within the bank’s right to accept or reject applications for accounts, and their right as to whether they explain their reason(s) for rejecting an application. If you decide to cancel any element of a discounted package (such as a GBP), then the refund we will process will be calculated based on applying the total package percentage discount on a pro-rated basis applied to each component. If the company is incorporated, then this element of the package will not be eligible for a refund. Bank account application refunds will follow the same policy as outlined above, and if eligible, will be processed by applying the total package percentage discount on a pro-rated basis.

Payment Terms and Refund for Payments by Credit/Debit Cards

We are prepared to accept payment of our fees (and any disbursements) by credit and debit cards although due to the varying Terms and Conditions between credit card issuers not all cards and payments can be accepted by this method. We reserve the right in respect of larger credit card transactions to pass on any charge to cover the cost of processing the transaction.

Refunds or claims requested in the case of fraud or misuse of the card are subject to an investigation. Reports must be made by the cardholder within 24 hours of payment being effected. In cases where fraud/misuse has been determined and the company registration has already been processed, the beneficial ownership of any IBC registered must then be signed over to LATC.

Your refund request (subject to the results of the investigation) will be processed instantly. A refund is made using the Merchant Account Service Provider and no other payment method and, it is subject to the Terms and Conditions of our Merchant Account service provider. It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to be credited to your account or debit/credit card. No cash refund is made to the cardholder. 

LATC shall make its best efforts to date each credit item with the transaction date and include thereon a brief description of the services cancelled or adjustment made and the amount of the credit in sufficient detail to identify the transaction.
